The Journey Toward Inner Coherence We begin each session with a sacred blue lotus ceremony. We infuse this ceremony with specific herbs designed to support and calm the nervous system. As we begin, we invite you to set a personal intention for yourself. This intention helps you travel deep within to find a place of safety, rest, and total nourishment. Furthermore, the practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork supports the release of stored stress and trauma. Consequently, this leads to improved clarity, embodiment, and long-term emotional resilience.
