MUMBO JUMBO is back, baby!

The Alleyway spectacular with all-vinyl rare groove DJs and special guests, KWASI BRUNI 10-piece Afro-Cuban big band!

All the way from Havanabimby, the super-hot Kwasi Bruni big band take over the back room of Rock ‘ Roll cafe, while Mumbo Jumbo’s favourite DJs ignite their groovy alleyway in this 2-dancefloor fiesta not to be missed!

Kwasi Bruni is the brainchild of bassist Barry Hill and Colombian pianist Camilo Losada, leading a tight 10-piece outfit reminiscent of the original Latin big bands of the sixties and seventies, playing fiery mambo, samba, boleros, salsa and punchy cha chas!

Step back in time at this special one-off Mumbo Jumbo where the Rock ‘n Roll opens its back-room for a live music experience coupled with your favourite rare groove vinyl DJs Bamboozle, Lord Fahrenheit and the brilliant Frankie God of Hair himself, dropping dancefloor jazz, funk, soul & old skool global rhythms in the alleyway.

Back by popular demand are the fabulous Ipanema Gogo dancers and, well, who knows what other whacky surprises end up on our mini-stage!
